Customer Satisfaction
Today at work, I learned the difference between the usual customer satisfaction and going beyond customer satisfaction. It’s not just giving what they want for the set prices at a timely manner, but giving more than what is expected. Their surprised faces, true smiles, and laughter made my horribly tiring day worth it more.
